GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE for the contact form

In accordance with article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: GDPR, please be informed that:

The Controller of your personal data is Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o. hereinafter the Personal Data Controller ( PDC). PDC processes you personal data. You can contact PDC at the address: biuro@infracd.pl and at the phone number: 22 438 62 12.

You provide your personal data voluntarily. The data are required by us to fulfil the legal obligations imposed on PDC. If you do not provide your data these obligations are impossible to fulfil.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purpose:

to exchange correspondence with you and to handle the matters to which it pertains and to possibly seek claims or defend against such claims – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of PDC in accordance with art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR – i.e. handling of matters reported using the form, exchange of correspondence with the stakeholders and handling of matters reported by them;

to present an offer for a performance of contract and to conclude contracts for the sale of products offered by Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o. electronically (in accordance with art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR).

Your personal data are processed in accordance with art. 6 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

You have the right to: access the content of the personal data, including requesting a copy thereof and to demand correction, deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten), limitation of personal data processing, right to transfer personal data to a different controller, right to object to the processing of the personal data, including profiling, and for the purpose of direct marketing, to withdraw authorisation if the company processes your personal data based on authorisation at any time and in any way, without impact on the legality of the processing conducted on the basis of the authorisation before it was withdrawn. You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you think that the personal data processing violates GDPR.

Your data will not be disclosed to other entities, except for: IT system suppliers and IT service providers of Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o., entities providing services to the company necessary to perform the contract concluded with you, including legal and accounting services, post services operators and couriers, banks in the scope of payments, electronic payment system operators and the bodies authorised to receive your personal data by virtue of the law.

Your personal data will be stored for the period required to achieve the purpose for which you granted the authorisation, with regular evaluation of usefulness, not longer than 3 years after the data is entered. The personal data processing period may be extended in any case until the end of the lapsing period of claims, if the personal data processing is necessary to seek possible claims or to defend against such claims by the PDC. To the extent the data are processed for the purpose of sending marketing content to you, they will be processed until your authorisation is withdrawn or until you object to such processing.

Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including the profiling.
