Today, the execution of infrastructure projects requires not only technical expertise, but also a strategic approach, an understanding of funding mechanisms, and the ability to manage a complex preparatory process.
That is why we are building an integrated, Polish design and consulting firm that combines analytical, financial, and design expertise within a single team. We support public and private investors at every stage of the project lifecycle - from developing strategies and business plans for infrastructure managers, through preparing funding applications (including for the purchase of rolling stock), financial and economic analyses, and feasibility studies, all the way to the development of multidisciplinary design documentation.
Our teams consist of economists, transport analysts, financial specialists, legal experts, EU funding experts, designers, engineers across various disciplines, and project coordinators. As a result, we are able to view each project from multiple perspectives and manage it comprehensively. In 2023, we expanded our scope of operations by joining forces with the BPK Poznań design office.
