In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), please be informed that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller. The Data Controller processes your personal data. You can contact the Data Controller via email at: biuro@infracd.pl and by phone at: 22 438 62 12.

2. Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, providing the data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent upon the Data Controller. Failure to provide the data makes the effective fulfillment of these obligations impossible.

3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) conducting correspondence with you and handling the matter to which it relates, as well as for the potential establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
b) presenting an offer, in connection with enabling the placement and fulfillment of orders, and concluding sales agreements for products offered by Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o. via electronic communication, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

4. The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

5. You have the right to: access your personal data, including requesting a copy thereof, and request their rectification, erasure of personal data, restriction of processing of personal data, portability of personal data to another controller, object to the processing of personal data, including profiling, and for direct marketing purposes, as well as the right to withdraw your consent in the event that the company processes your personal data on the basis of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

6. Your data may be transferred to providers of IT systems and IT services for Infra - Centrum Doradztwa sp. z o.o., entities providing the company with services necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, including legal and accounting services, postal operators and couriers, banks for the purpose of processing payments, operators of electronic payment systems, and authorities entitled to receive your personal data under applicable law.

7. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose to which you have consented, subject to a systematic review of their relevance, and for no longer than 3 years from the date of their entry. The period of personal data processing may be extended in each case by the applicable statute of limitations for claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of potential legal claims by the Data Controller.

8. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
